Clouds of Sils Maria

Art direction of the cover design for Olivier Assayas’s 2014 film. With the strict challenge of including the faces and names of all 3 main characters, we came up with a solution of melding them into the reoccurring landscape of the film, but turning it on it’s side to convey the characters’ relationship with it and each other.
